Nursery–Volunteers (men/women) needed to care for newborns through two years of age during the Sunday morning services--9:15 to 10:15 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. to noon as well as on the third Sunday evening of the month from 6 to 7 p.m. 

All staff and volunteers in children's or teen ministries need to fill out applications.

Teaching Children/Teens–If you have the gift of teaching, you may wish to participate in the Sunday School hour from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. in different age groups--3-4 year olds, 5 to Kindergarten, Primaries (Grades 1-3), Juniors (Grades 4-6), Junior and Senior High, or during Children’s Church hour. 

Assisting in Children’s Ministries–Helping the lead teacher with crafts, taking children to the bathroom, comforting upset children, etc.  You may discover you have the gift of teaching. 

Kids Klub–Helping leaders with music, games, small-group time, etc.  Meets Wednesdays from 6:30-8:10 p.m. 

Teen Ministry–Tell your story on a Wednesday evening to the teens of how God brought you back to Him after you were wayward?  Share your home for a Teen “Connect” on a Sunday evening?

Youth Choir–The T.R.U.T.H. choir (Teens--Grades 7 to 12) rehearses on Sundays at 5 p.m. during the school year.  They present two evening concerts as well as occasionally provide special music in the Sunday morning service and combine with the adult choir at times.  This group also does drama. 

Adult Choir–The adult choir rehearses on Sundays from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m.  They sing most every Sunday from September through June as well as two or three concerts a year.   Special music generally comes from this group.

Praise Team–Worship ministry on Sunday mornings either instrumentally or vocally.

Sound–Learn to operate the sound board and participate in providing sound for a service.   

Video--Learn to operate the video computer system and provide slides/video for the overhead screens for services. 

Assisting in the Nursing Home Ministry–Helping at the Willow Point Nursing Home across the street from the church by distributing materials, talking with residents, moving residents to/from where services are held, etc. 

Encouragement Ministry–Encouraging people who are ill or are confined to their homes by either visiting, calling, emailing, or by sending a card.  Names and suggestions will be provided.  

Food Ministry–Occasionally provide a meal for a family who has experienced a death in the family or for a family member who is ill or had surgery or provide a dish for a luncheon after the funeral of one of our members or regular attenders. 

Family Night Meals–Prepare a meal for the Wednesday Family Night held at 5:30 p.m.  You may work with a partner or with your own family helping.  There is no cost to you.  These are simple meals (sloppy joes, soup, potato bar, tacos, mac and cheese, etc.). 

Building/Grounds Upkeep–Help the deacons with maintenance–painting, special cleaning, weeding, window washing, fixing, special renovation projects, etc.  

Ushering/Greeting–Help the usher staff by greeting people at the door, passing out bulletins, taking up the offering. 

Deaf Ministry–Sign for the deaf occasionally on Sunday mornings or learn the basics of sign language.

Office Help–Occasionally (on a schedule) put inserts into the bulletins, separate SS papers, and other miscellaneous jobs.

Bus Ministry– Drive the church bus to BU and Davis on Sunday mornings.  Need a CDL license with a passenger endorsement.
