Senior Pastor Kyle Kaurin was born in Los Angeles, California, but raised in the mountains of Dillon, Colorado. He came to Twin in June of 2006 after pastoring young adults for six years at Immanuel Bible Church in Springfield, Virginia. After serving eight years in the Air Force and finishing college and seminary, Kyle entered full-time ministry in the summer of 2001. Over the years, Kyle has served as a college pastor, associate professor, and now senior pastor.
Kyle has a Bachelor of Science in Bible from Philadelphia Biblical University (1998), a Masters in Divinity and a Masters of Theology with an emphasis in New Testament Exegesis from Capital Bible Seminary (2001). He has a strong passion for biblical teaching, relevant living, and ice cream.
Kyle and his wife Shea both grew up in the mountains (Kyle in Dillon, Colorado, and Shea in Warren, Vermont). They met at Philadelphia Biblical University when cornered in a hallway waiting to get into the locked doors of the financial office. They have been married since 1997 and are the proud parents of Ethan, Abigail, Faith, and Silas. Shea formerly worked as the director of admissions at PBU, but currently is a domestic engineer (homemaker).

While he was youth pastor, he also worked at Dataflow. In 1994 he came back as an intern while attending Baptist Bible Seminary. When he graduated, he became Assistant Pastor and was ordained in 1996. His title changed to Associate Pastor in 2001.
Pastor Tim received a Bachelor of Religious Education from Baptist Bible College in 1975 and a Bachelor of Theology in 1976. In 1995 he received a Master of Divinity from Baptist Bible Seminary.
Pastor Tim currently has oversight of the small-group ministry, leads two of those groups, communicates with missionaries, does much visitation and counseling, is a chaplain at the Willow Point Nursing Home, and is the chairman of the Area Liaison Committee of local churches for Campus Bible Fellowship. Over the years he as participated in teaching adults or youth, directing the single young-adult fellowship, AWANA commander, and coached Twin’s basketball teams for men and boys. Before coming to Twin, he served at his home church, Grace Baptist Church in Binghamton, as Sunday school superintendent, director or teacher of children’s church, and Sunday school teacher.
He and his wife Sharon have five children. Tim says he enjoys going on dates with his wife, reading, as well as playing tennis and basketball with his children. However, his favorite thing to do is watching his children play sports.

Pastor Emeritus Paul Blasko was senior pastor from 1967-2004 leading the church through half its history and the building of our present facility. Born and raised in Atlantic City, New Jersey, he is a graduate of Philadelphia Biblical University and attended Biblical Seminary when it was at Elkins Park, Pennsylvania. In 2002 PBU awarded him the honorary degree of Doctor of Religious Education.
Adjunct ministries have included teaching at Davis College and the Far East Russia Bible College, speaking at sportsmen's dinners, and serving as chaplain to Binghamton's AHL hockey teams (including the present Binghamton Senators). He is a freelance nature and wildlife photographer (www.godswondersinnature.com), and spends his leisure time in his garden and fruit orchard, playing golf, fishing, and reading.
He is married to Joann, also a graduate of PBU, who has ably assisted his ministry as Coordinator of Children's Ministries. They have two children and five grandchildren in Alaska and New Hampshire. Serving Twin Orchards Baptist Church was his life work and one of his greatest joys.
